Small first step, frozen baseline, firm price.

We have watched enough pilots die in a second procurement cycle to structure the work so that never has to happen.

Three commitments

These are how we work, not aspirations about how we would like to.

Architecture before build

Every program starts with a bounded, fixed-price phase that produces a frozen baseline and a firm price for what comes next. Signing binds that phase only.

WhyNobody can price a build honestly before the interfaces are known. Quoting one anyway is how programs go wrong.

The baseline comes first

Before anything is deployed we agree what is being measured, how, and who owns the result on your side.

WhyA technical result does not carry a procurement decision. An agreed baseline with a named owner does.

The entry door is small on purpose

The first step is priced to sit inside the budget authority of the person who actually wants the work done.

WhyThe most common reason good work does not start is that the ask exceeded the sponsor's authority, not that the value was unclear.

How we choose the tools

We build our own silicon. We use it sparingly, and we will tell you when you do not need it.

Our own silicon, where the physics leaves no alternative

Microsecond loops, size and power constrained platforms, and environments with no link home.

  • Bounded worst-case timing as a property of the design
  • Full stacks measured in single-digit watts
  • Air-gapped by design

Integration, everywhere else

Most of the time the constraint is not compute. It is that nobody owns the working system.

  • Your silicon, your platform, your program
  • Pinned images, maintained version matrix, signed updates with rollback
  • Support that absorbs forced migrations instead of passing them to you

We reach for our own silicon only when the loop will not close without it.

Intellectual property, plainly

You own what we build for you. We keep what we bring with us, and we make sure you are never trapped by it.

Foreground. Work built specifically for your program is assigned to you on payment, in your field of use.

Background. What we brought to the program is licensed, with source escrow and defined step-in triggers, so a bus factor or a business change never leaves you stranded.

Tools. Our internal development and orchestration tooling is not a deliverable. It is available under a separate agreement if you want it.

All three are written into the agreement before signature, not discovered during it.

Two weeks, fixed price, one problem you nominate. A written assessment, a measured baseline, and a scoped proposal with a dated decision point.
